Cancellation Policy

At Salon Renew your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice.

Our Policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a non refundable fee of $25. 

Should you no call/no show or arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able to provide you service that day and will invoke a non refundable fee of $50.


Either of these fees will need to be paid within 24 hours in order to rebook and will not be applied to your next appointment
