2. What should I book if I'm not sure what to choose?
We've made booking as simple as possible.
If you are looking for any type of color, including highlights, balayage, lowlights, or root retouch you can book "Custom Color" or "Custom Color-Flexible Timing." This allows us to fully customize your appointment based on your hair and your goals.
If you are unsure you can always text us and we'll help you choose the right service.
3. How do I know which Salon Renew stylist is right for me?
You don't have to figure that out on your own. Our Salon Renew team knows our stylists, their strengths and their personalities, we're happy to help match you with someone who feels like the right fit. We'll consider what you would like to do with your hair, your schedule, the type of salon experience you're looking for and even what you value in a stylist relationship.

4. Can I see another stylist if my regular stylist isn't available?
Absolutely. At Salon Renew, we work as a team, and our priority is making sure you are taken care of. If your regular stylist is on vacation, out on maternity leave or simply doesn't have an appointment that works with your schedule, you're always welcome to see another Renew stylist.
We keep detailed notes from your appointments so another stylist has a starting point for color and preferences. And there is never any awkwardness about moving between stylists. Sometimes life and schedules change. We want your salon to be able to change with you.
5. Do you offer evening or Saturday hair appointments in Fort Wayne?
Yes! Several of our stylists offer evening appointments, and select stylists are available on Saturdays. Availability varies by stylist, so if you don't see a time that works for you online, text the salon. Our front desk team is always happy to help find an option that works with your schedule.

Yes. Every haircut and color appointment includes a thorough consultation so we can understand your goals and create a plan that works for you.

Our team has experience in blonding, lived-in color, gray blending, gray coverage, dimensional brunettes, reds and coppers, and everything in between. Every appointment is tailored to your hair, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and how you want your color to grow out between visits.
2. Does Salon Renew offer hair extensions?
Yes. We offer hand-tied hair extensions in Fort Wayne for clients looking for more fullness, density or length. And extensions don't have to mean dramatically longer hair or several rows. Whenever possible, our goal is to use the least amount of extension hair needed to create the result you're looking for. For many clients, one row can add fullness, fill in fine ends or give just enough additional length while keeping maintenance manageable. Extension pricing varies depending on the amount and length of hair needed, so we start with a consultation and create a plan specifically for your hair goals.

Most hair color appointments take between 2 hours and 45 minutes to about 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Timing can vary depending on hair length, density, and the service you're receiving, but we always plan enough time to ensure your color is customized and not rushed.

2. What are the benefits of a head spa for scalp health and hair growth?
Head spa treatments help rebalance the scalp whether you experience dryness, oiliness, or buildup. By gently exfoliating and cleansing the scalp, we remove impurities that can interfere with healthy hair growth.
The service also includes massage techniques that support circulation, creating a healthier environment for stronger, fuller-looking hair over time.
3. How often should I get a head spa treatment?
Head spa treatments can be enjoyed as a relaxing reset whenever you need it, but for more noticeable scalp and hair health benefits, consistency is key.

2. Can I relax or work during my visit?
Absolutely. Your appointment can be whatever you need it to be that day.
If you're looking to relax, your always welcome to unplug and enjoy the experience. If you need to work, we have spaces where you can set up your laptop and stay productive while your color processes.
3. What happens if I'm not completely happy with my hair?
We want you to love your hair. If something doesn't feel quite right after your appointment, please reach out and let us know. We stand behind our work and want the opprotunity to make adjustments when needed. Our goal is never for you to leave quietly disappointed. We want you to feel comfortable telling us so we can make it right.
Pricing + Policies
1. How is pricing determined for hair color services?
We do our best to keep pricing clear and transparent. Most custom color appointments range from $195-$225 and include a light trim if needed. Haircut add-ons are $40 when scheduled with a color service.
Glazes are included in your service, with an additional $25 charge if multiple glazes are needed to achieve your desired result, which is common with lived-in color.
For more complex services such as color corrections, pricing will be discussed during your consultation so we can create a plan tailored to your hair and your goals.
2. Do you require a deposit for appointments?
We do not require a deposit to book your appointment.
We value your time and trust that you'll extend that same respect to ours by keeping your scheduled appointment or providing notice if you need to make a change.
